Position Overview
On Track Physiotherapy is seeking a skilled physical therapist to join our thriving cash-based practice in Ann Arbor. We operate from a modern 3,100 sq ft facility where we deliver personalized physical therapy and personal training services.
What makes our practice special? We focus on quality over quantity. Our clients are primarily active individuals – golfers, runners, tennis players, weightlifters, and athletes who are motivated to improve and heal. We believe in building lasting relationships with our patients through dedicated one-on-one care, and we’re looking for a therapist who shares this philosophy.
The ideal candidate will enjoy problem-solving complex cases, working independently, and developing specialized treatment approaches. You’ll have the freedom to grow your own patient base and create your ideal schedule while having the support of an experienced team.
Position Requirements
- Licensed physical therapist in Michigan
- Comfortable working with active populations and athletes
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally
- Team-oriented mindset while being able to work independently
- Passion for continuous learning and clinical excellence
Position Benefits
- $70/hour starting rate per treatment with performance-based growth
- $1,000 annual continuing education allowance
- Paid Dry Needling Certification
- Full access to Sports Rehab Expert Certification ($1,000 value)
