Eliminate Shoulder Pain Before it Gets Worse!
...Meaning MORE freedom to start working out again, finish a round of golf, play with your kids, or simply put a shirt and seatbelt on again without wincing everytime.
Does This Sound Like You?
When it comes to shoulder pain, it’s very easy to think that it’s “just something that comes with age” or that "it’ll go away on its own".... But then 6 months later your still suffering from a stiff and painful shoulder.
Another scenario we see all the time is when people go to their Doctor office.
They mean well telling you to “rest”, “try these painkillers” and “come back if it’s no better”. But then 6 weeks goes by and nothing has changed...
Has That Ever Happened To You?
It’s very confusing to know exactly what to do - and that’s just to avoid making the shoulder pain worse!
Because of this confusion, it leads to procrastination. Worse yet, many people try some general advice stretches or exercises they found on YouTube that don't work and then they just end up accepting it as “part of life” unfortunately.
Painkillers and rest are NOT the only option if you’re wanting to stop shoulder pain.
Surgery or injections DON’T have to be either.
We know a much healthier way than that…
What You Can Do?
Let me say this straight away – if you’re reading this, you’re obviously very serious about and protective of your health. And you ARE right to be objecting to the painkillers and GENERIC exercise advice. You won't need to me to tell you that painkillers don’t get to the bottom of these types of problems and worse yet, all they ever do is mask the pain, often making it worse in the end.
If you’re suffering with DAILY, ANNOYING and NAGGING Pain in your Shoulder area, the first thing I want you to know is that we are familiar with your problem. ALL of your concerns are real and you ARE looking in the right place for a solution.
If All That You’ve Done So Far Is Rested, Tried A Few “Generic” Exercise, And None Of It Has Worked...
1. You need to make a decision about getting help. Resting for weeks and doing a couple "generic" exercises is a recipe to go nowhere. If 6 months go by and nothing has changed, don't blame us.
2. Perform the RIGHT exercises - The correct series of progressed exercises will help reduce pain, and allow you to move freely again. These are much more specific than you might think.
3. Avoid sitting or laying down in awkward positions - Hands down easiest thing you can do. A lot of people add to the aggravation by how they sit or lay down. Stopping this will help you get active and healthy as quickly as possible.
4. Get real, “hands-on” Physio - We have an excellent track record at On Track of helping neck pain. Don't let neck or shoulder pain affect your job, keep you from being active, or threaten your independence. Get to the root of the problem TODAY!
