Speed Training Session Breakdown
Dynamic Warm-Up (10 minutes)
- Focus on sprint rhythm, mobility, and activation of fast-twitch muscles
Speed Development Drills (10 minutes)
- Work on stride length and form under expert guidance
Acceleration and Explosive Start Drills (15 minutes)
- Train shin angles and body position for maximum drive off the line
Sport-Specific Application (15 minutes)
- Apply new speed directly to your sport through targeted drills

Gavin Gardner, Head Speed Coach

With over 15 years coaching athletes across sports, Gavin specializes in developing explosive power and refining technique. His diverse background in football, dance, and track shapes his creative approach to speed development.
