A lot of customized exercises to keep working at home with the training equipment I have at home. Highly recommend On Track !Posted on Tyler BergTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brandon was able to assess and diagnose my aches and pains and provide the correct treatment for short term and long term relief. Treatment included specific exercises for the problem areas as well as tissue work and dry needling. Was able to correct my short term issues and I have a plan for future prevention. Would recommend!Posted on Jennifer PupardTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Greg is amazing! I had been having sciatic nerve pain as well as more long term pain in my back. My leg pain was gone after about 6 sessions of dry needling, massage, and strengthening exercises. After a few months of additional exercise and massage my back pain has had a huge improvement. I was so happy with my results that I encouraged my husband to see Greg for persistent leg pain and after just a few sessions he is also feeling great! We would highly recommend Greg to anyone with pain they have just been living with. He works directly with you the entire session and uses a personalized approach to the exercises he prescribes. Our previous experiences with PT were very general and focused on stretches that never worked to solve our pain issues. Greg focused on strengthening exercises, which was much more effective! He also made it really easy for me to submit my bills to insurance. Thanks so much Greg!!Posted on Antony ArakkalTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Greg has worked on me for a couple of issues. Back in 2018 and 2019, he helped fix a shoulder nerve impingement. It allowed me to set National Records in Powerlifting. Recently, he helped work on a different shoulder injury and fixing some mechanical issues with squats. I highly recommend him.Posted on Rene RubioTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We can't thank Greg at On Track Physiotherapy enough for the incredible care he provided during our son's ACL recovery. From the very first session, beginning back in October 2024, Greg has been a consistent source of support, expertise, and encouragement throughout every stage of the healing process which made a world of difference in our son’s journey. As a passionate soccer player, our son was devastated by his injury but Greg not only helped him physically recover, he also kept him mentally focused and motivated every step of the way. His ability to tailor the rehab program to both the injury and our son's athletic goals was outstanding. Greg's encouragement, patience, and deep knowledge gave us confidence that we were in the best hands. Thanks to him, our son is now back on the field feeling strong, confident, and doing what he loves. We are truly grateful and highly recommend Greg at On Track Physiotherapy!Posted on Ryan EricksonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I greatly recommend Greg! He designed for me a comprehensive full-body strengthening routine. While I still have progress to make, his care has been exceptional! I think the main benefit, among others, of his clinic over conventional PT is people often have multiple physical issues to address as opposed to a single thing for insurance billing purposes. Greg’s services can address whatever from head to toe! With me being very detailed, Greg explained the specifics of exercises and aspects of muscles so well! I learned from him the key concepts of working your muscle tissue and blood flow. Finally, during his soft tissue work, I’ve enjoyed discussing our Wolverines and Lions!Posted on Andrea NanceTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot say enough good things about working with Brandon and On Track Physiotherapy. I struggled to find the PT support I needed as a runner who wasn't "injured" but needed to work through some problem areas. Through strength, soft tissue work and dry needling I am feeling stronger and healthier than I have in years. An easy five stars, highly recommend!Posted on Lisa Fedina she-herTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an exceptional experience at On Track! I worked with Greg for a hamstring injury from running. Greg is very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. I got great support and instruction for specific PT exercises, improving my running form, and did dry needling. Within eight weeks of my injury, I am back running pain-free, and have so much more knowledge and tools going forward in my training. Highly recommend!!Posted on Rebecca L.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Myofascial Pain Syndrome / Fibromyalgia – Pain Management & Strength Recovery I discovered On Track Physio after enduring a year of debilitating pain caused by a shoulder injury that had progressed into myofascial pain syndrome and fibromyalgia due to other physical illnesses and mental health challenges. All this had transformed me from an active, fit 59-year-old into someone largely confined to bed. Despite seeking help from numerous Western and Eastern specialists, and investing significant time and money, I was left feeling weak, frustrated, and deeply discouraged. For the past year, Greg Schaible has worked with me twice a week, developing a personalized treatment and recovery plan tailored to my unique needs. His approach combines dry needling, manual therapy, and progressive mobility and strength work. Beyond physical therapy, Greg has educated me on pain science, breathing techniques, posture, nutrition, and proper exercise form including running. Greg’s compassionate, holistic, and highly professional care helped me regain not only physical function but also confidence and hope. Today, my pain is at a manageable level, and I am once again participating in fitness classes, weight training, dancing, and even running 5Ks. I am profoundly grateful to Greg for his exceptional support and would strongly recommend On Track Physio to anyone facing complex pain and recovery challenges.Posted on H JTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is my first time ever writing a Google review, and On Track Physio is a deserving recipient. To preface this, I'm not a serious athlete- I go to the gym once in a while. I've struggled with plantar fasciitis in my left foot since 2022 and tried many things (rolling with a lacrosse ball, stretching, a steroid injection, PT at other places) without much sustained relief. I was frustrated because I couldn't walk without pain and wanted to find a solution. I found Greg and On Track Physio in fall 2024 when searching online for a PT in Ann Arbor. Greg was very thorough during all my sessions. He taught me different exercises to strengthen my intrinsic foot muscles, calves, and quads/hamstrings. He patiently answered all my questions and corrected my form when it was off (which happened often). He did a lot of soft tissue work on the sole of my foot, explaining that it could drive more blood flow to the affected fascia and facilitate healing. He also asked if I wanted to try dry needling with e-stim on my foot, which I did. This, along with the soft tissue work, was a gamechanger for me. My plantar fasciitis pain has improved tremendously and I'm able to be more active again. Not only is Greg a very knowledgeable and dedicated PT, but he's also a great teacher and motivator. I would highly recommend him and On Track Physio. Thanks for your help, Greg!Load more
